1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FabFindr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Platform Description
FabFindr is a marketplace connecting buyers with independent makers who sell fabricated products including 3D printed, CNC machined, laser cut, and metal fabricated items. FabFindr facilitates transactions but does not manufacture or ship products directly.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use FabFindr.
4. Sellers
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, fulfilling orders in a timely manner, and complying with all applicable laws. FabFindr charges an 8% platform fee on each completed transaction. Sellers may not direct buyers to transact outside of the FabFindr platform.
5. Buyers
Buyers agree to pay for products they purchase. All payments are processed through our secure payment system and held in escrow until delivery is confirmed. Buyers should inspect products upon delivery and report any issues within 14 days.
6. Buyer Protection
Payments are held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery. If a product is not delivered, is significantly different from the listing, or arrives damaged, buyers may request a refund through our support system.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not: share contact information through messaging to circumvent FabFindr payments, list counterfeit or illegal products, harass other users, manipulate reviews, or create multiple accounts to abuse promotions.
8. Intellectual Property
Sellers represent that they have the right to sell the products they list. FabFindr respects intellectual property rights and will remove infringing listings upon proper notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
FabFindr is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by sellers. We provide the platform as-is and make no warranties regarding the availability or accuracy of the service.
